Our flagship program: "The Protein Race"

"תוכנית הדגל: "המירוץ לחלבון

Description: A training program that will accept about thirty selected students from various disciplines for an 8-session program, during which we will be exposed to the challenges of the food industry and receive basic tools for solving them. With the professional guidance of industry leaders, we will develop a broad perspective on the alternative protein sector.

The program includes lectures by industry leaders, a tour, and practical experience in the preliminary process of establishing a technological venture! In the end, you will join the FoodTech Nation alumni community, who are integrated into valuable positions in the industry.

Program Duration: One semester

Location: Entrepreneurship Center 360, Ben-Gurion University

Dates: Tuesdays, 18:00 to 20:30

תיאור: לאחר שלושה שלבי מיון. קבוצת איכות ומגוונת אשר תעבור תהליך של 7 מפגשים הכוללים הרצאות השראה של תותחים בתעשיית הפודטק, סיור בחברת סטארטאפ בתחום ותהליך חשיבה על מיזם פודטק בליווי מנטורים מהתעשייה. את סוף התוכנית נסיים בערב מרגש בו נציג את המיזמים שלנו בפני כרישים מהתעשייה.

בחלק השני של כל מפגש, חברי התוכנית יתחלקו לקבוצות של 3-4 סטודנטים (בהווה או בעבר) ממחלקות טכנולוגיות ולא טכנולוגיות. את תהליך הלמידה והפיתוח נעבור דרך מתודולוגיה שבנינו יחד עם השותפים שלנו מהתעשייה. תהליך העבודה סובב שאלה מרכזית - מה הטכנולוגיה שלכם?
